Return & Refund Policy

Return/ Replacement Policy: Though we conduct QA checks on all the USB Tokens we use but still in case your Certificate USB Tokens does not open or shows error then we would try to resolve the problem remotely. If the problem still persists then we would replace it with a new USB Token. You must inform us the issue within 7 days from receipt of the USB Token or else we won’t process for any replacement.

Refund Policy: We would process full refund in case your Digital Signature/ DGFT Certficates/ Document Signer cannot be processed due to inappropriate documents submitted to us.
