Standard Shipping Policy: The products listed on www.ardsdigital.com are issued on behalf of our Principal Certifying Authorities. Since we process applications for our Principal’s Approval hence Certificate completion and delivery depends on correctness of Subscriber Applications.
Standard Shipping Charges: All India Standard Shipping Charges would be charged extra for Certificates with USB Token at ₹99.00 plus applicable GST at the time of despatch. Shipping Charges would not be charged for Certificates not requiring any physical despatch.
Order Processing: 100% of orders are processed within 1 – 6 hours from receipt of order.
Delayed OR Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 25 business days. Although orders normally take maximum 7 days to reach destination.
Wrong OR Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be liable to pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment tracking link from us which they will be able to track & follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
